Boys (ranking, school, last week’s ranking, voting pts for week, 1st place votes)
CBA is still the leader with all 8 1st place votes. Biggest mover was Jackson Memorial moving from 7th to 3rd. The only other team moving up was Middletown South. Dropping was Southern, Red Bank, Holmdel, Colts Neck and Shore. So many teams are so close in votes with no clear idea of where they really stand. A very wide open Shore Conference this year. With this Saturday being a Jewish Holiday, there will not be many teams racing this weekend. There will be a couple of Division Championships so we will see if they cause any changes.
***Just missing Shore (t9) 9 pts, Toms River North (nr) 1 pt, Howell (nr) 1 pt, Central (nr) 1 pt
Girls(ranking, school, last week’s ranking, voting pts for week, 1st place votes)
Colts Neck stays at #1 with 4 1st place votes but RBC moved closer with 3 1st place votes. Remarkably, the top 10 stayed the same with just changes in the number of points each team received. With the end of Class Meets and Varsity teams going head-to-head, expect some big changes soon!
